Armstrong & Brooks performs engineering services for design of Street Improvement Plans.

Armstrong & Brooks prepared and processed Improvement Plans, Specifications and Estimates for Public Street Improvement Plans required for all the following sites.  Services included horizontal and vertical alignment studies, potholing of existing facilities, cross-sectional design survey and street design cross sections for recommended improvements.
