Upland College Commerce Center

A&B provided engineering services required for eight commercial/industrial buildings ranging from 10,000 to 42,000 square feet. Preliminary Engineering included the preparation of a site evaluation report and cost estimate for Daum Commercial Real Estate.

A&B also prepared and processed planning applications to have the property annexed from the County of San Bernardino to the City of Upland. Deliverables included a boundary survey, Parcel Map, grading, street, sewer & water, storm drain, and private fire supply plans. Engineering studies and calculations were also provided for earthwork quantities, hydraulic analysis for fire water systems and hydrologic studies for on-site storm drain facilities.
