Armstrong & Brooks provided entitlement and final engineering services for 103 residential units on 60 acres in the City of Corona. The project consisted of Mass Grading, Rough Grading, On-site and Off-site Street Improvement Plans, Sewer, Water and Recycled Water plans with permits from Caltrans, City of Corona, and Environmental Agencies (State Water Resources Control Board, Army COE and CA Dept. of Fish and Wildlife).

Armstrong & Brooks prepared and processed Improvement Plans, Specifications and Estimates for two phases of development (Mass Grade and Utilities) as well as off-site infrastructure. A&B also provided construction administration services, construction staking, and support services for facility construction. Services also included construction support for review and approval of all shop drawings, lay diagram, and pipeline materials.

A&B also provided a Water Quality Management Plan and a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan to address construction activity erosion control as well as long term Best Management Practices (BMP’s) and their maintenance to enhance and ensure water quality emanating from the site.
