Professional engineering services consisted of the preparation and processing of plans, specifications and estimates for a 12 AC. neighborhood sports park in the City of Corona. Professional services provided included PS&E for topographical design survey, precise grading and drainage plans, sewer and water plans, stormwater pollution prevention plan, erosion control plans, and off-site public sewer facilities to serve the project. The park design consisted of an upper and lower parking lot, ADA accessibility via sidewalks and ramps from Foothill to Valencia Streets, a graded 300-foot ballfield for future implementation, two (2) playground structures, and a restroom building. ADA access was a major design component throughout the park and we provided walks and pathways from Valencia Ave. to Foothill Blvd. to accommodate such.
