A&B has provided the engineering services to develop multiple sites for Investment Building Group ranging in size from 10 to 20 Acres. The sites have been developed within multiple cities including, but not limited, to the Cities of Corona, Colton & Riverside. The sites were developed to accommodate industrial buildings ranging in size from 40,000 to 200,000 square feet. Deliverables included grading, street, sewer & water, storm drain, and private fire supply plans. Engineering studies and calculations were completed for earthwork quantities, hydraulic analysis for fire water systems, and hydrologic studies for on-site and off-site storm drain facilities tributary to County Flood Control and Army Corp. of Engineers Facilities such as the Santa Ana River and Temescal Creek Channel. Projects have required improvements for Master Planned Streets and Storm Drain facilities including street widening and signage & striping plans. Additionally, legal descriptions and plat maps were prepared for dedication of public right-of-way, utility easements, and lot line adjustments. Upon completion of the projects, ALTA Surveys were prepared for each Parcel prior to sale.
