City Of Corona

The City of Corona selected Armstrong & Brooks to perform professional surveying services for the widening of Foothill Pkwy between California and Bedford Canyon Rd.

A&B performed a field topographic survey and an aerial topographic survey which was compiled with base map data assembled from reference maps and plans obtained from multiple database sources including Caltrans, MWD, City of Corona, Pacbell, Edison, Gas, Level3 Telecom, etc.

A&B generated street cross-section sheets and a base map for use by the City of Corona’s design consultant to create alignment studies and conceptual designs prior to selecting an ultimate alignment. The survey data was instrumental in the development of a comprehensive set of improvement plans for a the ultimate widening of Foothill Pkwy. which included new centerline median, pavement overlay, and removal and replacement of deteriorated asphaltic concrete pavement.
