Professional civil engineering services were provided for a proposed 4-acre park development at the intersection of Antelope Road and Highway 74 (Matthews Road) in the City of Romoland. The project consisted on grading and drainage plans for a new baseball/soccer field, skate park, restroom building, parking lot and street improvement plans for Antelope Road. Issues dealt with include FEMA Flood Zone “A”, interim drainage facilities, and coordination with EDA, County Transportation, and Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District. A&B provided a new fire supply plan for the facility as well as all civil infrastructure, domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drain and fire lines. Construction support services included review and approval of shop drawings, review and responding to RFI’s and preparation and processing of “as-built” record plans.
