City of Corona – Misc. Street Improvements
City of Corona, Final Paving for Various City Streets, Phase III, Project No. 24-502
Armstrong & Brooks was selected by the City of Corona to develop street improvement plans, specifications and estimates for the following streets: California Avenue between Ontario Ave. and Liberty Avenue, Santana Way between Hudson and Gilbert Avenue, Highgrove Street between Lincoln Avenue and Foothill Parkway, and Montoya Drive between Buena Vista Drive and Solano Street. Plans, specifications and estimates were prepared for over 2 miles of street improvements, pavement overlay, removal and replacement of deteriorated ac, and signage and striping, including Class II bike paths. The City approved plans are 02-105S.
Street Improvements to Magnolia Avenue and Trademark Circle, City of Corona
As part of this project for an industrial development in the City of Corona, A&B prepared street improvement plans for Magnolia Avenue and Trademark Circle. The public improvements plans for street improvements and signage and striping consisted of cross-sectional design survey and street widening on Magnolia Avenue to ultimate width from 500’ North of All American Way to Leeson Lane, including curb & gutter, sidewalk and a landscaped median. Trademark Circle is a new City Street designed by A&B and is approximately 800 feet long of 64-foot right-of-way improvements. The City approved plans are 00-092S.
