Construction Staking
Professional engineering services consist of the construction staking of a 20 AC. community park. Park site and surrounding improvements include off-site street improvements, on-site parking lot, tot-lot, roller hockey court, sand volleyball court, basketball courts, tennis courts, soccer field, baseball field and a concession stand with restroom facilities. Expansion Project (bid separately as Phase II) included construction of 2 parking lots and conversion of an existing baseball field to football field layout and conversion.
Water Park and Splash Pad
Professional engineering services consist of the preparation and processing of Plans, Specifications and Cost Estimates for a publicly bid Water Park and Splash Pad facilities. Project included water treatment facilities, control room and enclosed building, restrooms, and on-site water and sewer plans as well as Water Quality documents.
Parking Lot Improvements
Professional engineering services consist of the design of a fast-track 2-acre parking lot improvement project to accommodate the Junior All-American Football Season. Improvements included phased plans for two new parking lots, water quality management plans and affective treatment of run-off by enhanced grassy swales, storm drains, and signage and striping plans for on-site and off-site public streets (Taber St, Rimpau Avenue and Santana Way. The project was completed on a fast-track time line ahead of schedule for the City of Corona. The project was completed for approximately $400,000, with no civil engineering change orders.
