Cesar Chavez Academy Sanitary Sewer Conversion

Cesar Chavez Academy Sanitary Sewer Conversion

Armstrong & Brooks was selected by the Corona-Norco Unified School District to perform a field topographic survey, alignment studies & exhibits and cost estimates to eliminate an existing On-Site sewage septic system and construct an On-Site and Off-Site gravity sewer main line from the campus to the nearest existing sewer located approximately 4,200-feet from the On-Site system. The system is designed through the County of Riverside public right-of-way and in the residential community of Coronita. The sewer system is designed for ultimate capacity of future land use and a middle school. The project’s alignment also required preparation and processing of permanent sewer easements for maintenance by the City of Corona. The project involved heavy coordination and processing with the City of Corona, County of Riverside, Caltrans, and the Corona Norco Unified School District. The project budget was over $3,000,000.
